AdemiEdmond Ademi, Co-owner and Principal for Political Operations – has extensive experience, since 2009, in developing successful political communication and political strategy for, political parties and individuals who runs for the office. So far he has been worked for Social-Democratic Union of Macedonia (2014), Slovenian Social Democrats (2012 and 2014), Socialist Movement for Integration, Albania (2009) Democratic League of Kosovo (2009), LëvizjaVetëvendosje, Kosovo (2013) , and for Presidential elections in Bosnia and Hercegovina (2014).

Previously Mr. Ademi has worked with U.S. Embassy in Skopje, serving as a Personal Assistant, and Media Specialist to two U.S. Ambassadors. Before that, worked as Political Adviser to the Minister of Defense, and in the period 2002- 2005 he was Spokesperson for the European Union/European Agency for Reconstruction in Skopje.
Received several awards from U.S. State Department.

 

katesMitch Kates – strategist Before joining the political world, Mitch worked marketing and manufacturing, specializing in branded products. Today, Mitch applies that marketing and brand-building experience to political campaigns. In 2004 Mitch helped manage field operations for John Kerry’s Presidential campaign in Western Pennsylvania. In 2005, he managed the campaign of Maura Hennigan, Democratic challenger. Following the Boston effort Mitch moved on to Florida where he ran successful campaigns for the Florida state Senate (Charlie Justice,) Tampa City Council (Mary Mulhern,) and a historic race for Hillsborough County Commission (Kevin Beckner). His latest engagements are primarely in Europe and the Balkans.

Mitch Kates, was in charge of the field political operation in Georgian elections in 2013, helping the opposition party Georgian Dream to throw out of power the autocrat regime of the Mikheil Saakashvili.

In 2014, Mitch Kates was part of the PSB political strategic team assisting the Prime Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaci, and PDK winning the third consecutive elections in Kosovo.
 

spasovNikola Spasov – Pollster and strategist. Nikola is owner of Rating Agency in Macedonia, the leading polling firm in Macedonia specialized in political research and strategic communications. Nikola in the past ten years has been working as key consultant on all election cycles in Macedonia consulting local campaigns, presidential candidates and national parties. On regular basis, Nikola is advising mayors and politicians in Macedonia on how to improve their political communication using polls as a basic instrument for strategy building. Nikola main expertise in transforming the poll numbers into effective, ready to use election strategy providing winning insight for the clients.

hafnerAndraž Hafner – Social Media Specialist– while studying at the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics he had been working as a journalist at leading business daily Finance, where he largely devoted to financial issues, from leasing and banking to insurance. In recent years he was involved in Slovenian local, European, and parliamentary as a head of online campaign for Social Democrats. Beside that he was head of online campaign for the support of the referendum for the Arbitration Law with Croatia, which was confirmed on referendum in June 2010 and presidential elections in 2012, where he worked for current President of Republic of Slovenia Mr. Borut Pahor. Beside working of political campaign he is passionate about providing brand strategies for his clients, which include online media and also traditional media (newspaper, TV etc.).
